ADULT FAMILY HOMES (AFH) & RESPITE CARE HOMES

The Adult Family Homes (AFH) program provides permanent housing with supports.  Each resident has a private bedroom and shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Individualized Service Plan (ISP) facilitators provide one on one care, meeting each residents' individual needs, including adult daily living skills.  Room, board and laundry services are  provided.  At minimum, three meals are provided daily with residents participating in menu choices.  The AFH is furnished and utilities are included.  Please view the video below to learn more about what inspired Dr. Shandowlyon to become a provider of Adult Family Home services.

SINGLE RESIDENT OCCUPANCY (SRO) HOMES

The Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Homes program provides housing with and without supports.  Supports vary from providing meals in addition to occupancy (board) to providing intensive care and/or supervision by Individulized Service Plan (ISP) facilitators.  Residents live in a safe, emotionally stable, homelike and loving environment which encourages maximum resident self-direction, independence and autonomy.  Each resident has a private bedroom and shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.  SRO Homes are furnished and utilities are included.
